Air temperature here is rarely extreme — only 9 days a year above 32 °C. But at 84% average humidity the body struggles to shed heat through sweat, and 151 days a year feel hotter than 35 °C. The problem is not the thermometer reading, it is the humidity — which is exactly what evaporative cooling addresses.

The peak season is clear-cut: October through April, topping out at 26 days a month that feel above 35 °C. Outside that stretch heat pressure drops sharply. Which means the system needs to be ready before the season starts — and the driest window for installation begins around July.

THE PROBLEM

Outdoor capacity drops at noon. Rent doesn’t.

Dry-season midday pushes outdoor covers down 30–50%. Rent, staff, and utilities stay the same. A 60-cover venue loses 8–12M IDR every month to heat alone.

Your outdoor area already costs you. Make it earn.

WITHOUT MIST SYSTEM

Without Mist System

  • Outdoor covers drop 40–50% in dry-season midday.
  • Guests migrate to competitors with better shade.
  • Fans move hot humid air — don’t cool.
  • Fixed costs unchanged; revenue on that space drops.

WITH MIST SYSTEM

With Mist System

  • Outdoor usable through the full midday window.
  • Recover 25–40% of lost covers within 30 days.
  • Tables, menus, plates stay completely dry.
  • Install pays back in 2–4 months of dry season.

Revenue recovery

Turn dead outdoor space into peak-revenue seating

Terraces that empty at noon become fully booked. Venues report 20–40% more outdoor covers during peak heat hours.

Guest experience

Longer visits, higher spend per table

Comfortable guests stay 30+ minutes longer and order more. Outdoor becomes the preferred section.

Premium aesthetics

Invisible system, visible comfort

Slim 6 mm stainless lines and micro-nozzles follow your structure. No fans, no visible units. Your design stays intact.

Operating cost

Lower monthly cost than a single staff member

90% less energy than outdoor AC. Daily electricity: Rp 2,000–5,000. Zoning means you cool only what you use.

Best way to get an accurate price today

Send your terrace, pool deck, or outdoor area photos on WhatsApp with your city and rough size. We can usually tell you the likely budget range before a site visit.

The questions owners ask before they message us.

Cold traffic usually wants the same practical answers first: budget, timing, dryness, and what we need to quote properly.

Budget

How much does a system usually cost?

MistPro machine packages start from IDR 15.2M for compact spaces and scale up based on coverage, zoning, nozzle count and venue complexity. Installation, filtration and site preparation are quoted separately.

Installation

How long does installation take?

Most installations take 1–3 days once the layout is approved. We normally install around operating hours so restaurants, hotels, and villas can keep disruption low.

Guest Experience

Will tables, food, or guests get wet?

No. The system uses high-pressure mist that flash-evaporates in the air. That is the main difference between a professional hospitality installation and cheap low-pressure fog lines.

WhatsApp Process

What do you need from me to prepare a quote?

The fastest start is simple: venue type, city, terrace size, and a few photos or a short video. With that, we can usually tell you whether the space fits, the likely system size, and the next step.

If you send photos, terrace size, and your city on WhatsApp, we can usually move straight into a realistic recommendation instead of a generic sales chat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about mist cooling for hospitality venues.

Does mist cooling work in Indonesia's high humidity?

Yes. Our 70-bar high-pressure system creates 10-20 micron droplets that evaporate even at 80%+ relative humidity. The key is droplet size — cheap low-pressure systems spray larger droplets that don't evaporate and leave everything wet. Our system cools without wetting.

Will tables and furniture get wet?

No. High-pressure mist evaporates in mid-air before reaching surfaces. Tables, chairs, and guests stay completely dry. This is the fundamental difference from low-pressure mist systems.

How much does a mist cooling system cost?

MistPro machine packages start from IDR 15.2M for small terraces (10–65 m²). Medium venues often use IDR 18.9M–20.9M machines, and large spaces use IDR 24.9M–26.9M machines. Installation, filtration, delivery, electrical work and site preparation are quoted separately.

How long does installation take?

Typical installation takes 1-3 days depending on venue size and complexity. We schedule around your operating hours to minimize disruption. Most venues stay open during installation.

What maintenance is required?

Routine filter replacement every 3-6 months and periodic nozzle cleaning. We offer maintenance packages tailored to your system size. Our team handles everything — you just enjoy the cool terrace.

What warranty is included?

Every machine includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Filters, piping installation, sealing, delivery and site preparation are not included in the machine price unless they are listed in your final quotation. Our team provides ongoing assistance via WhatsApp at +62 851 9029 1717 (10:00–18:00 WITA).
