Your Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data that Mist System (PT Tom Marvolo Riddle Group) holds about you. This page describes what data we may hold, how to submit a deletion request, and how long it takes us to process it.
What Data We May Hold
Depending on how you interacted with us, we may hold:
- Contact details — name, phone number, city, venue type — provided through our website forms, WhatsApp, or phone calls.
- CRM records — communication history, quotation requests, and project notes stored in Kommo CRM.
- Analytics identifiers — anonymous cookies and ad click IDs (_fbp, _fbc, _ga, _gcl_*) collected with your consent.
- Advertising signals — hashed identifiers sent to Meta or Google for conversion measurement, if you submitted a lead after clicking one of our ads.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request through any of the following channels:

Please include the following in your request, so we can locate your data:
- The phone number or name you used when contacting us
- Approximate date of contact (if you remember)
- Confirmation that you want your data deleted
What Happens Next
- We verify your identity — usually by replying to the same WhatsApp number or phone number you provided.
- We delete or anonymise your records in our CRM and lead systems.
- We revoke any marketing attribution tied to your lead in Meta and Google ad platforms, where technically possible.
- We confirm completion in writing via WhatsApp or phone.
Timeframe
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. In most cases, it is completed within 3–5 business days.
Limitations
We may retain certain information where legally required — for example, tax invoices for completed projects, warranty records, and accounting documentation — as prescribed by Indonesian law. Analytics data already aggregated and anonymised in third-party platforms (Google Analytics) cannot be individually deleted but does not identify you personally.
Meta Platform Data
If you arrived through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement, we also send conversion events to Meta via the Conversions API. To remove your data from Meta's systems, please contact us using the channels above. We will ensure any lead records tied to your phone number are deleted on our side, and you can additionally review and delete your data directly from Meta at facebook.com/settings → Your Facebook Information.
