Terms of Sale, Returns, Rental & Service Policy

Sales Terms

All sales of technical equipment (including pumps, compressors, misting systems, and accessories) are subject to order confirmation and product availability.
Ownership of the equipment is transferred to the buyer upon full payment and delivery.
All prices, product specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.
For custom or special orders, additional terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of order.
Once the equipment is delivered and accepted, it is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective upon delivery, contains a significant manufacturing fault, or if the wrong product was delivered.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if the equipment has been installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
To request a return or refund, you must notify us in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery, including order details and a description of the issue.
After approval, the equipment must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to inspect returned products and reject returns that do not meet our policy.
If the return is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Rental Terms

Rental of equipment is available under a separate rental agreement.
The equipment remains the property of PT TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE GROUP at all times.
The customer is responsible for proper care and return of the equipment in working condition at the end of the rental period.
Any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer and will incur additional charges.
Rental fees, security deposits, and other charges will be specified in the rental agreement.
All services related to rental equipment (installation, maintenance, repair, technical support) are charged separately unless otherwise specified in a subscription or rental package.

Subscription Terms

Subscription packages may be available for certain products and services.
Subscription provides customers with access to included services such as maintenance, priority support, regular inspections, or other benefits as described in the subscription plan.
All services not explicitly covered by the active subscription plan are charged separately according to the current service rates.
Subscription fees, renewal terms, cancellation policy, and included services will be specified in your subscription agreement or offer.

Layanan & Perawatan

All service and maintenance work, including but not limited to installation, technical support, repair, diagnostics, and routine maintenance, are provided as paid services unless the customer has an active subscription plan covering the specific service.
For customers without a valid subscription, all on-site visits, remote consultations, replacement parts, and labor are charged according to our current rates.
Services under warranty (for manufacturing defects or other conditions explicitly covered by warranty) are provided free of charge as outlined in the Warranty section.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and may require advance booking and prepayment.
Emergency service or after-hours support may be available for additional fees.

Warranty

All equipment is covered by a limited warranty for a specified period as stated in your invoice or purchase agreement.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use, as defined by the user manual and installation guidelines.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or force majeure events.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to inspect the equipment and determine eligibility.
Warranty service is provided free of charge for approved claims. Shipping and travel costs may apply unless prohibited by law.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
